LINGUINE ALLA MARINARA


Pasta with a zesty blend of ripe tomatoes, onions and herbs.


3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. olive oil
2 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. basil
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
Red pepper (optional)

Brown in a deep skillet; do not burn. Crush tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes. Cook 1 pound linguine (#17), drain and mix with sauce and serve with Parmesan cheese and garlic bread.
