Roast Pork Loin Recipes

Although Roast Pork Loin is not on the menu at Olive Garden, they have offered two very nice recipes for roast pork on their website.  Read on to get these recipes and many more restaurant copycat recipes in this site.

Olive Garden Recipe for Roast Pork with Grapes and Wine


  • 3 pounds boneless pork loin
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1 lb red and white seedless grapes
  • 4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp fresh sage leaves, chopped
  • 3 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 1-1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine garlic, sage, salt and pepper and 2 Tbsp of oil in a mixing bowl.
  3. Coat the pork loin with mixture.
  4. Place pork loin in a baking pan.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil.
  6. Place in the oven and roast for 10-15 minutes per pound.
  7. Remove foil and roast another 15 minutes or until well browned.
  8. Remove pork from the pan.
  9. Let it stand and rest for 10 minutes.
  10. Place pan drippings in a saucepan on the stovetop over medium heat.
  11. Add wine and add grapes.
  12. Cook until the grapes are soft and the wine is reduced by half.
  13. Slice pork into 1/2 inch slices and pour sauce over the pork.

Olive Garden Recipe for Roast Pork with Apple Rosemary Glaze

  • 2 pound whole pork loin
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • 1-1/2 cups apple juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp corn starch
  • 2 Tbsp cold water


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Run the outside of the meat with olive oil.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place on a baking rack.
  5. Place rack in a sheet pan.
  6. Roast for about 30 minutes or until doneness is reached.
  7. Let pork rest at least 5 minutes before slicing.
  1. Combine juice, rosemary and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Mix cornstarch and cold water in a separate cup.
  3. Bring juice mixture to a boil.
  4. Whisk in cornstarch to thicken.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Remove from heat.
To ServeSlice pork into thick pieces and spoon the glaze on top.
This dish serves 4 people.
