Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo

Olive Garden Recipe for Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo


Components of the dish
  • Marinated steak 2 1/2 pounds
  • Spinach gorgonzola sauce 16 ounces
  • 1 pound cooked fettuccine pasta
  • garnish 2 tbsp gorgonzola cheese, 2 tbsp chopped sun dried tomatoes

Directions


Make the Meat
  1. Cut steaks into 1 inch cubes.
  2. Make a marinade of 1-1/2 cups Italian salad dressing plus 1 Tbsp fresh chopped rosemary and 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice.
  3. Marinate the steaks.
  4. Grill to preferred doneness.

Make the Sauce

Ingredients
  • 16 oz of Alfredo sauce (I use from a Jar.)
  • 4 cups chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 3 Tbsp gorgonzola cheese, crumbled

Directions

  1. Heat the alfredo sauce in a large skillet.
  2. Add onion, spinach and gorgonzola cheese.
  3. Add grilled beef.
  4. Add cooked pasta.
  5. Toss pasta with the sauce.
  6. Garnish with cheese and sun dried tomatoes.
This recipe serves 4 people.

I don't recommend using sauce from a jar. That stuff is garbage and alfredo sauce is pretty much 3-4 ingrediants. Why get lazy and ruin the dish?

I have to agree! I'll try this but will def make a fresh Alfredo sauce.
